If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. We will process your refund without requiring a reason, provided you meet the eligibility criteria below.

Unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase, the following are eligible for the 30-day guarantee:

Subscription plans (first payment and renewal payments) purchased directly from us.

One-off digital services or add-ons purchased directly from us.
The following are generally not refundable (unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout):

Third-party products/services where the payment is processed by another provider.

Custom work that has been fully delivered and accepted, where the scope is bespoke (we will still act reasonably and may offer partial refunds case-by-case).

Any fees charged by your bank/payment provider for currency conversion or international transfers.

How to request a refund

Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Once issued, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement (this can vary by payment provider).

If you have a subscription, you can request cancellation at any time. If you cancel within 30 days of your most recent payment, you may request a refund under this policy.
